Promonovo's privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and business data. AI data is processed via OpenAI and not stored for training. PCI-compliant payments, SSL encryption, GDPR-aware handling.

Connected Google & Meta Accounts

Promonovo lets you connect third-party marketing accounts to your store. These integrations are optional, initiated by you, and used only to provide the features you enable:

Google Analytics (GA4): with your permission we read your Google Analytics account, property, and web data stream list solely to identify your GA4 Measurement ID and configure your store to send its own traffic and ecommerce events to your property. We do not read, store, or share your Analytics reports.
Google Merchant Center: with your permission we read your Merchant Center account information to identify your account and register or manage your product feed as a scheduled data source, so your catalog can appear in Google Shopping.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram): we store the access tokens you authorize to send conversion events (Pixel / Conversions API) and sync your product catalog to Facebook & Instagram Shops.

Google API Services Limited Use. Promonovo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you connect, do not transfer or sell it for advertising or any unrelated purpose, do not allow humans to read it (except with your explicit consent, for security, or as required by law), and store any tokens encrypted. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your store dashboard, which removes the stored connection and its access tokens.
