Yes — every Promonovo store is built so AI assistants can discover and cite it, free on every plan including the free trial. We automatically emit Schema.org Product data on every product page (price, availability, GTIN, brand, ratings, condition), generate a per-shop /llms.txt summary, and explicitly allow GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot-Extended, CCBot and other major AI crawlers in your robots.txt. You can opt out anytime in Marketing Settings → AI Visibility. (Actual citation by any AI engine still depends on its indexing pipeline, your brand authority, and your backlink graph — no platform can guarantee citation.) On most platforms the same setup is a paid SEO/AEO add-on or developer time.

Do I have to pay extra for AEO or AI search visibility?

Yes. Promonovo automatically generates Google Shopping feeds, Facebook Catalogue feeds, and JSON-LD product structured data on every product page. These are the signals that ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, and other AI shopping tools use to discover and recommend products. While no platform can guarantee inclusion (AI tools choose which products to surface), having proper structured feeds is the prerequisite — and Promonovo generates them automatically for every store.

Is my data safe with AI?

Yes. Product data is sent to OpenAI only at the moment of generation and is not stored by OpenAI for training. Your OpenAI API key (for the Shopping Assistant) is encrypted with AES-256 before storage and never exposed to browsers. All AI-generated content goes through a review workflow before it's published.
